Bits & Bytes is a newsletter produced by the Jefferson County Public School Computer Education Support Unit (CES). The newsletter, which is published twice a year, contains technology tips for teachers and information about using Microsoft Office, the District’s software standard. Articles offer hints on how to use the special features of software and contain ideas for integrating technology into the curriculum.

Bits & Bytes is available as standard PDF files. PDF files have the benefit of printing out to look almost exactly like the original publication. However, the file sizes tend to be rather large, so download times may be lengthy. To use the PDF format, you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is freely downloadable from the Adobe web site.
